Objective
To develop a supportive network and digital framework that empowers Christians across Pune’s varied workplaces. This project will address challenges like work-life balance, faith-based isolation, and ethical dilemmas, helping Christians integrate faith into their professional lives. It also aims to enhance the engagement with Christian professionals citywide, fostering a resilient community and supporting spiritual growth in the midst of work demands.
Vision Statement
As Pune has evolved into a tech and industrial hub, Christians in the workplace need a strong network to help navigate professional challenges while upholding their faith. Workplace Faith Connect envisions a community where faith and work are intertwined, providing Christians with the resources, fellowship, and support they need to face ethical, social, and personal challenges. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between faith and work by fostering a supportive environment that encourages Christians to live out their beliefs confidently and connect with their church community, despite busy schedules.
